Federal Judge: Sent “Obama’s Mom Had Sex With A Dog” E-Mail
Politico is reporting that Judge Cebull has written a letter of apology to President Obama.
U.S. District Chief Judge Richard Cebull of Montana foolishly sent an offensive and racist e-mail out about President Barack Obama and his mother and now, he is apologizing for his actions after being exposed.
With the subject of the e-mail reading “A Mom’s Memory,” this is what Judge Cebull sent out to his peers on President’s Day:
Normally I don’t send or forward a lot of these, but even by my standards, it was a bit touching. I want all of my friends to feel what I felt when I read this. Hope it touches your heart like it did mine.
“A little boy said to his mother; ‘Mommy, how come I’m Black and you’re White?’ His mother replied, ‘Don’t even go there Barack! From what I can remember about that party, you’re lucky you don’t bark!’”
Cebull came clean Wednesday, after admitting he sent the e-mail to seven people, including himself. Apparently tickled pink by the joke at the time, Cebull claims he’s not racist and that the e-mail was never meant for public commentary.
